The 2000bhp twin-turbo Lamborghini Gallardo had recently set a new record for a half mile speed strap at an impressive 233.8877mph during the FL WannaGOFAST event.

Later on however, the red Lamborghini Gallardo kept spinning out. The following day, the driver took the tuned Lamborghini Gallardo for another run. This time the Lamborghini Gallardo spun out at high speed and ended up in a shallow lake.

It seems a strange place to have a body of water next to a high speed drag strip. Fortunately the lake was shallow and only covered part of the Lamborghini Gallardo’s wheels and the driver walked away with no injuries, just a bit embarrassed.

Watch the videos from 2 different angles below.

The 2000hp Lamborghini Gallardo sounds absolutely mental and is a real performance weapon. As if a standard Lamborghini Gallardo isn’t powerful enough.

What are your thoughts on the 2000hp twin-turbo Lamborghini Gallardo crash?
