Porsche Boxster 986

The Porsche Boxster 986 looks great so is the perfect car to go for if you want a good looking motor sitting on your drive. Plus, it’s not too expensive either as there are quite a few on the market for around the £5,000 mark. The cars at this price will probably come with high mileage and some maintenance that needs doing, but if you are careful then this could prove to be a nice little investment for a nest egg.

Jaguar XJS

Lots of used car dealerships, including https://www.jagtechnic.co.uk, often see classic Jaguars come through their doors – or roll onto their concourse, . If you ever see a Jaguar XJS then it may be worth a look. You’ll be able to find it in coupe, convertible, and fixed-profile models, but no matter which style you go for, try to find a vehicle from the early ‘90s. These are by far the most sought-after type of Jaguar XJS.

Peugeot 205 GTI

The Peugeot 205 GTI may not be the most attractive car you are ever going to see, but it has now become something of a cult classic. It’s worth looking for a ‘80s model rather than a later one from the ‘90s, but either will be worth buying. The past few years have seen the value of this car slowly rise, so it’s worth buying before prices increase a lot more and make them unaffordable to the regular buyer.

Alfa Spider

One of the rules of investing in classic cars according to https://www.luxurylifestylemag.co.uk is that you should go with a car that has a lot of history. That’s certainly the case with the Alfa Spider. It’s a car that has become renowned for being one of the most stylish cars to ever be created and even the earlier models still look great in today’s modern world. If you want to pick up a really good deal, it’s worth looking for a left-hand drive as these usually come in a lot cheaper than right-hand drives.

These are just a few of the rare and classic cars that are worth putting your money in. After a few years, you might be able to walk away with a very sizeable profit!
