The McLaren 650S Spider has a 3.8 litre twin-turbocharged engine that produces around 640bhp. An entry level McLaren 650S Spider would cost £215,000 however extras on the model in question would push the price up to £250,000.

It seems to be happening quite frequently recently, that exotic supercars are crashing and being badly damaged across the globe. Some people question the capabilities of the drivers, stating they can’t handle the power of the car. In this case however, the crash seems to have happened at a relatively low speed due to the cornering circumstances yet both cars have sustained large amounts of damage. It is always a pity to see these glorious supercars in such a state however the safety of the car passengers is always the main concern.

What are your thoughts on the crash? Would you be upset if your £250,000 McLaren 650S Spider was damaged like this?
